A new group therapy starting in Norwich soon.  A small group of 6 to meet once a week and learn to connect again to each other. You are not alone, you will be supported every step of the way, and learn to find your voice again.

If you are interested in joining the fee is £15 for 90 minutes. Time and day to be arranged.
